Web3 Wallet Connections

  • No Custody or Control:

    We do not have access to or custody of your private keys, funds, or wallet accounts. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and the transactions initiated through it.

  • Third-Party Wallet Providers:

    We do not control third-party wallet providers and are not responsible for any loss, security breach, or other incidents that may occur as a result of your use of these wallets.

  • Risks of Blockchain and Web3 Technology:

    Cryptocurrency transactions carry inherent risks, including loss of funds due to errors, hacking, or other vulnerabilities. You are responsible for ensuring that you understand these risks and use secure wallet practices.

Data Transfers

In the context of our business activities and in line with the purposes of the data processing, we may transfer data to third parties, insofar as such a transfer is permitted and we deem it appropriate, in order for them to process data for us or, as the case may be, their own purposes.

As a Swiss-based company, your personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside Switzerland, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection. Where such transfers occur, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or reliance on adequacy decisions.
